Customs and Import Duties

For orders shipped outside the European Union, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in our shipping fee and are determined by your local customs authority.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship to Europe, the United States, and Australia. If your country is not listed at checkout, we are unable to ship to your location at this time.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us at support@bcdroid.com within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery date for lost packages). We will work with our shipping partners to resolve the issue promptly.
